I was skeptical at first, I’m on my second order now. It’s definitely bitter if you take it straight, I feel like that’s the best way to take it though. I had some doubts before taking this but thought I had nothing to lose and man am I glad I tried this product. It works as described. After about a week along with diet and exercise I noticed myself to be more "confident". So far I have been using this for about 2 months now and I must say that I am happy with this product. My only comments against the product is that the dripper should have measurements on it since the dosage is about 2 ml per day, and that if you buy a large amount, the shipping might cause a little spill on some of your extract.
