DUE TO COVID -19 THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT DELAY ON DELIVERIES. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL FOR DELAYS OVER 15 DAYS. 

TO KEEP OUR STAFF & CUSTOMERS SAFE, WE ARE TAKING THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS. WE ONLY PERMIT 1-2 EMPLOYEES TO WORK AT A TIME.

PLEASE ALLOW 24-72 HOURS FOR OUR RESPONSE TEAM TO REPLY.

 

Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at blackvegancustomerservice@gmail.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your Order #, Name on order, and Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Please Note: 

  ● Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  ● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

  ● Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.

  ● If your item is undeliverable and physically returns to us, you will automatically receive a refund minus all shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee, if you choose to still receive your order you will have to pay additional shipping fees.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Black Vegan Shop reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  •  Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  •  An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,
  •  Black Vegan Shop reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped. If you provide an incorrect address a $10 cancellation fee will be applied.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED.

 

Please be aware that for security reasons, Black Vegan Shop does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order.
