Taste bad but I love the way it makes me feel
The taste is horrible but the health benefits are amazing.
I am not going to lie this stuff is an acquired taste but once you get it down it gives you that extra boost of immunity. It also helps with my eczema. It's better than those expensive creams and ointments I get from my doctor. It soothes the itching and burning while healing my skin.
I like the black cumin seed oil kind of help me out a little bit with my lower back and muscles
