Once you get this is your system you won’t go back to energy drinks, coffee, and etc. I will say be patient with the process of getting this into your system because everyone health is different. only have been using it for 3 days , today will be the 4th and it’s already showing promising results. Does have a bitter taste , but I can tolerate it. Everything that’s good for us won’t always have a great taste right ? I gave 4 stars because the dropper doesn’t have measurement markings, and although the instructions say 2ml a dose , i’m not sure how much that is with the given dropper. But i eyeball it, and regardless’ it’s been a great help for my needs ! will be buying more products soon. Thanks BVS !
